Zambia’s back on the specialty coffee scene - taste this cup complexity & you’ll know about it! This coffee comprises the top scoring lots from Kateshi & Isanya, both in their 2nd year of production & already killing it with productivity & cup quality.

Zambia’s trying to up its export quantities to 2003 levels, with a focus on quality & community enrichment. Kateshi Mill’s sure doing its bit, with an onsite school for 900 students, a medical clinic for 5,000 people & an empowerment program that’s seen Zambia’s 1st female tractor drivers trained up & employed. Riding high!

FAM roast (Our acronym thingy for ‘For All Methods’) is how we roll, meaning you can use any coffee from Single O for any brewing method, ranging from your filter through to your espresso, unless from time to time when we recommend something specifically for espresso only or for filter only, and we’ll let you know.
