From our treasure chest of this harvest’s natural processed coffee comes our first offering. Each day, coffee cherries are funnelled into the washing station, with 500-700 smallholder coffee farms represented over the course of the harvesting season. Most of the coffee that makes its way through Deri Kocha is fully washed, but a small percentage is natural; the coffee cherries are dried whole on raised beds. When perfected, this method unlocks balanced characteristics of high-toned fruitiness & velvety body that shine especially bright as espresso.

We’re loving this as espresso, but if it floats your boat as filter, great!
