We had you at Kenya, huh? You’ll fall so head over heels for this coffee that you’ll wanna put a ring on it. Sweet n sparkling as filter, you’ll taste the slow dance going on between sweet & tart flavours, with hibiscus, cranberry and stewed rhubarb canoodling in every cup. It’s no coincidence it tastes so damn good, a whole lotta love’s gone into this one via the traditional Kenyan double-washed method. Depulped cherries are 24-hour fermented, rinsed in long channels, soaked for 12-18 hours & sundried on raised beds, ensuring this is a coffee to take the plunge with.

N.B. Our espresso recipes are created on commercial equipment with 20g baskets. If you’re using a smaller or larger basket at home simply use the ratio of Dose:Yield to determine a starting point for your home brews. e.g. a recipe with a 20g dose and a 40g yield is a ratio of 1:2. If you’re using a 15g dose you can scale your recipe down to the 1:2 ratio for a 30g yield. Questions? email@example.com
