The secret to this blend’s sweet nature lies in the origins of the beans & the roaster’s craft of gradually developing the coffee’s natural sugars during the maillard reaction, until the ‘sweet spot’ is found. Gently the killerbee roasts, sweetly it strikes.

Widely considered the most famous coffee growing region in the country, the combo of super high altitudes, cool days & colder nights means the coffee’s ripening is sloooowed. Right. Down. This translates into a noticeably sweeter cup that we think’s the bee’s knees.
