Self-care for your tastebuds. Steeped with nostalgic flavours of apple pie, buttery shortbread & sweet vanilla custard, this is the flavour equivalent of a cozy night in, savouring your mum’s baking. Speaking of familial vibes, this coffee comes courtesy of Silvio Galindo (a producer with 40+ years experience) who owns & runs his farm with his son. Silvio initially cut his teeth as a coffee picker & takes pride in housing & feeding the 50+ pickers who join them for harvest.

We’re loving this as an espresso, but if it floats your boat as filter, great!

If you’re using a smaller or larger basket at home simply use the ratio of Dose:Yield to determine a starting point for your home brews. e.g. a recipe with a 20g dose and a 40g yield is a ratio of 1:2.
