Yeeeew! It’s our first feature from Boncafé, a group dedicated to forging a clearer path between small-lot producers & specialty coffee drinkers. This tropical fruit flavour bomb was produced by Gerardo López who started out by running a coffee plant nursery before deciding to try farming himself. Boncafé helped provide the keys to unlocking the specialty market for Gerardo by assisting with processing expertise and Rainforest Alliance & Organic certifications. Enjoy this first taste of Honduras coffee magic, there is more to come!

N.B. Our espresso recipes are created on commercial equipment with 20g baskets. If you’re using a smaller or larger basket at home simply use the ratio of Dose:Yield to determine a starting point for your home brews. e.g. a recipe with a 20g dose and a 40g yield is a ratio of 1:2.
