At Hacienda La Minita in the picture-perfect Tarrazú Valley in Costa Rica it seems it’s golden at all times. Not only is the area bloody beautiful, it’s also synonymous with some of the most delicious coffees going. Started by Bill McAlpin in the 70s, the farm is THE standard for production & processing. Aside from this, Bill’s regarded as one of the leaders in sustainable coffee production. We’re also tasting golden syrup in this cup, so let’s just call this a gold star effort.

We’re loving this as a filter, but if it floats your boat as espresso, great!
