Our second coffee spotlight on Zambia is a testament to the efforts in re-invigorating production after its decline in the late 90’s. The country has taken a leaf from the Brazil playbook by embracing large-scale farming & taking advantage of the relatively flat hilltop farmlands for modern irrigation & fertilisation techniques. Zambia is stepping up to double East Africa coffee production by 2025 to meet the growing global thirst!
