You’d be hard pressed to find a more classic Kenya. Speaking of, time to dig out your French or Aero & press ahead – this one’s super juicy as a filter. We were lucky to nab a few bags of this ripe & full-bodied brown sugar baby from one of nine washing stations managed by Kibirigwi Coop Society. We’re sure you’ll be im-press-ed by this one (sorry, our hints are about as subtle as this coffee).

We’re loving this as a filter, but if it floats your boat as espresso, great!

It's a mouthwatering coffee as a spro, filter and even with a bit of milk

N.B. Our espresso recipes are created on commercial equipment with 20g baskets. If you’re using a smaller or larger basket at home simply use the ratio of Dose:Yield to determine a starting point for your home brews. e.g. a recipe with a 20g dose and a 40g yield is a ratio of 1:2.
