If this cup tastes a lil’ interesting, it’s because it is! The new harvest from our partners at Opal Coffee have gone through the unique but traditional ‘Giling Basah’ processing. The coffee cherries are picked, sorted, wet-pulped, partially dried, then the twist - the bean’s outer parchment is removed in a huller & the beans are then patio-dried. The result is a deep blue-green colour in the beans & a bit of a distinct taste.
