|ONE MORE THING:||
Just last year, inspired by a workshop on best practices for producing high quality, coffee entrepreneur Moses Venapoe decided to create a coffee cherry buying station in his community, paying 30% above market price to farmers who were willing to deliver only ripe red cherry. To manage production in full, he set up his own mill to process the coffee & meticulously sun dry the parchment on raised beds. You’re about to experience the exceptional quality possible in PNG when you have people like Moses who see the value in rewarding producers & investing in systems that support quality.
ESPECIALLY TASTY AS

N.B. Our espresso recipes are created on commercial equipment with 20g baskets. If you’re using a smaller or larger basket at home simply use the ratio of Dose:Yield to determine a starting point for your home brews. e.g. a recipe with a 20g dose and a 40g yield is a ratio of 1:2. If you’re using a 15g dose you can scale your recipe down to the 1:2 ratio for a 30g yield. Questions? firstname.lastname@example.org
