Better known as an integral part of our famous Killerbee blend, Santa Elena sees this Guatemalan coffee leave the rest of the band behind and take centre stage. With notes of orange, mango & honey, it’s produced in Mataquescuintla, Department of Jalapa, where the coffee is sun dried on patios at the base of the volcano Jumay. Blessed by the heavens’ rays, this solo act is ready to shine.
