Coffee is roasted in small batches, then ground and nitro-flushed to give you up to three months of delicious freshness. It’s then weighed with our signature obsessiveness and pre-filled into handy little bags we call Single O Parachutes.
Now all you need is a mug and boiling water.

It’s happy days when an Ethiopian Natural Process hits the Parachute line up! Arid & dry conditions make for the perfect climate for producing this coffee. After picking, (yep, red ripe cherries only), the cherries are separated by density with the heaviest & ripest high quality fruits taken to drying tables. There they are evenly dried with constant attention, turning on the raised beds every single hour.
