A chocolatey number to be enjoyed with dairy or oat, dusted on cappuccinos, rocked in mochas and so on. High quality Dominican Republic cocoa is balanced with panela sugar. It took a dozen Single O tasters to develop, tweak and land on the perfect choc o mine. Get stuck in! 

 

INGREDIENTS AND BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients: Panela (Unrefined cane sugar), Cocoa (45%).

Made in Australia from imported ingredients.

May contain milk and soy.


BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

(One Serve.)
Add 20g chocolate powder to 240ml milk & stir.
Heat.
Stir again at 65c & serve.

L’IL ABOUT CONACADO COOP

Sweet Choc O’ Mine’s cocoa is produced by around 180 small-scale growers who are part of the Conacado cooperative. The coop began in 1988, a time when Dominican Republic chocolate was being invested in to raise quality, by educating producers and improving processing infrastructure.
