We’re raring to share this vibrant, high scoring washed lot with you, handpicked by smallholder growers at peak ripeness and processed at specialised wet mills just 12kms away from the growing region. ESPECIALLY TASTY AS
FAM roast (Our acronym thingy for ‘For All Methods’) is how we roll, meaning you can use any coffee from Single O for any brewing method, ranging from your filter through to your espresso, unless from time to time when we recommend something specifically for espresso only or for filter only, and we’ll let you know.
Trainer Rich loved this coffee as espresso, he was running this espresso longer than other washed Ethiopian coffees we have showcased in recent memory, creating a more sippable lengthened brew to get some of the delicate flavours in the cup.
He was also getting lots of lemongrass and earl grey when brewing it as filter. This coffee is delicate and balanced.
